Are the lots manifested?
Where a lot arrives itemised, the full manifest is published on the product page. Where there is no manifest, the listing says so plainly. A contents list we cannot stand behind is worth less than an honest blank.
Is the stock tested?
No. These are liquidation lots, not refurbished goods. Customer-return and salvage grades will include faulty and incomplete items. Test electricals yourself and price in a write-off rate.
Is there a warranty?
Lots are sold as described by grade, without warranty on individual items. The grade on the listing is the honest description of what to expect once the lot is open.
What does freight cost?
Nothing extra. Freight is included in the listed price, Australia wide. The number on the listing is the number you pay. Tail-lift delivery to ground level is standard.
What if a lot arrives damaged in transit?
Photograph the pallet before you break it down and contact us the same day. Transit damage is handled with the carrier; we will work it through with you. This is separate from grade-related faults, which are priced into the lot.
Can I collect instead of taking delivery?
Yes. Depot collection from our Western Sydney base can be arranged, just choose it at order time.
Do you sell truckloads?
Yes. Full and part truckloads are delivered nationally, with unloading agreed in advance. Tell us what you sell and the space you have and we will point you at the lots worth your time.
