These terms cover the sale of liquidation lots. By placing an order you accept them.
Stock description
Lots are sold by the condition grade shown on the listing. Grades such as customer returns, shelf pulls, salvage and unmanifested describe mixed stock that may include faulty, incomplete or unsealed items. Manifests, where published, are a guide compiled in good faith and not a guarantee of exact contents.
Price and freight
Prices are in Australian dollars and include freight to the delivery address unless stated otherwise. Availability is confirmed before payment is taken.
No warranty on individual items
Lots are sold as described by grade, without warranty on individual units. Test electrical goods before resale. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery and damage
Report transit damage on the day of delivery with photographs of the pallet before breakdown. Grade-related faults are priced into the lot and are not transit claims.
